Legenda Films' principal investor began in cable television system operations and later became the Taiwan agent for channels including HBO and CNN. Its business interests span real estate, department stores, apparel, biotechnology, environmental energy and financial investment. To give film and television projects long-term, stable footing, the investor established Legenda Films Co., Ltd. (Legenda Films) as a bridge into the international market, running each project under a holding model.
The company's strategy covers international rights adaptation, original drama and co-productions, distribution, marketing, and visual effects talent training. The team itself has hands-on experience in special-effects makeup and CG (computer animation) production.
In its first phase, the company focuses on producing and adapting existing original stories, with international drama collaborations to follow. Its offices are located in a department store building, with roughly 300 ping (about 990 square meters) per floor as the production team's main workspace. The company is also investing in its own visual-modeling and music-composition teams to support pre-production work such as storyboard previews and script discussions, and continues to take part in other film and television investment projects.

April Chin, Producer(覃韻綸)
April has extensive experience in finance, banking and accounting, with particular strength in financial auditing and reporting. She worked at Deloitte Taiwan (2015–2019), where she handled financial audits and reporting in the audit department, then joined SEA Group (2019–2024), focusing on cross-border financial management and capital operations in the finance department. Along the way she built expertise in international accounting standards and corporate operations planning.
As Legenda Films' current producer, she oversees overall production planning, financial operations and international partnerships, working to strengthen the market influence and global competitiveness of original film and television IP. She holds a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification and specializes in international capital and resource integration.
Liu Hsin-Yu, Screenwriter(劉芯妤)
A full-time screenwriter, Liu Hsin-Yu is currently a graduate student at the Graduate Institute of Criminology, National Taipei University. Her work spans a range of genres: MATCHED and GOGO! MILIN are both fantasy romances; Shadow Trigger follows a mysterious assassin caught up in gang feuds and betrayals between police and criminals; TESAQ: The Bound Spirit is a supernatural thriller; Sister draws on psychological attachment theory to portray urban romance; and Border Lockdown explores a world facing nuclear catastrophe and monster threats.
She has completed story outlines for more than 20 works across genres, and is currently in talks with Korea's SLL about adapting one of them into a TV series.
